(កំពង់ចាម)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មបានសហការជាមួយក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តីពី “គោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧” នៅទីរួមខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម រាជ រ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកជំទាវ គង់ សិទ្ធិកា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ អ៊ឺម រចនា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ឯកឧត្តម ចាន់ ផល្លី អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តកំពង់ចាម លោក Bryan Fornari ប្រតិភូសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា លោក លោកស្រីអគ្គនាយករងជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម មន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ អាជីវករ អ្នកកែច្នៃ និងអ្នកនាំចេញក្នុងវិស័យស្វាយចន្ទី។សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ “គោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧” ដែលទទួលការអនុម័តពីកិច្ចប្រជុំពេញអង្គគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ និងបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយដល់គ្រប់អន្តរវិស័យ និងតួអង្គពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងវិស័យស្វាយចន្ទី។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ក៏មានការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញសង្ខេបអំពីគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧ ព្រមទាំងមានកម្មវិធីជជែកដេញដោលពិភាក្សា ដោយមានវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសពីក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធរួមមាន ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ តំណាងក្រសួងឧស្សាហម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ សមាគមស្វាយចន្ទីកម្ពុជា ធនាគារសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមកម្ពុជា និងគម្រោង EU ARISE PLUS ។សូមជម្រាបផងដែរថា គោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧ មានចក្ខុវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផលិតកម្ម ការកែច្នៃ និងទីផ្សារស្វាយចន្ទីឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈប្រកួតប្រជែងប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន ធានានូវនិរន្តរភាព និងការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនៃការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលានេះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូអន្តរក្រសួង ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជនពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលបានចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលា ចុះទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាផ្ទាល់នៅក្រុមហ៊ុន Welwilling Agriculture Technology ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីខ្សែច្រវាក់ផលិតកម្មក្នុងវិស័យស្វាយចន្ទីផងដែរ។ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនឹងបន្តរៀបចំកម្មវិធីសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅខេត្តកំពង់ធំ និងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ព្រមទាំងនឹងរៀបចំជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ជូនដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងវិស័យស្វាយចន្ទី។  

H.E REACH Ra, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the Dissemination Workshop on “National Cashew Policy 2022-2027”

(Kampong Cham) On October 24, 2023, the Ministry of Commerce, in cooperation with relevant ministries, institutions and development partners, organized a dissemination workshop on “National Cashew Policy 2022-2027” in Kampong Cham. The workshop was presided over by H.E. REACH Ra, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, highly representative of Lok Chumteav CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and attended by Lok Chumteav Kong Sithika, Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Commerce, Lok Chumteav Im Rachana, Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, H.E Chan Phally, Deputy Governor of Kampong Cham Province, Mr. Bryan Fornari, EU Representative to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Deputy Director General of General Directorate of Trade Promotion, officers of the Department of Trade Policy, representative of the relevant ministries and institutions, traders, processors and exporters in the cashew sector.

The main purpose of the workshop is to disseminate the “National Cashew Policy 2022-2027”, which was adopted by the Plenary Session of the Council of Ministers on 13rd January 2023 and then officially launched on the 14th June 2023, to all sectors and stakeholders in cashew sector.

The workshop comprised of a number of activities, including the presentations on the National Cashew Policy as well as a Panel Discussion, with the participation of representative from relevant ministries and institutions and private sector, including the Ministry of Commerce, representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, representatives from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation, Cashew Association, SME Bank of Cambodia Plc, and EU ARISE PLUS Project.

The vision of the “National Cashew Policy 2022-2027” is to develop the production, processing and marketing of cashews in a competitive environment, ensuring sustainability and economic diversification.

During this mission, H.E. Secretary of State also led a delegation from inter-ministerial, development partners, and the private sector to visit the Welwilling Agriculture Technology to learn more about the production chain in the cashew sector as well.

The Ministry of Commerce will continue to organize the workshop in Kampong Thom and Preah Vihear and will continue with other targeted provinces in the future as well.
