(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 16 January 2024 at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency SEANG Thay, Secretary of State of Commerce, and a high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call and discussed the preparation of Cambodia's Commercial Office of the Ministry of Commerce based in Beijing, People's Republic of China with a delegation from Shenzhen Guoke Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Universal Capital Co., Ltd. led by Mr. Thong Rathan, President of Universal Capital Co., Ltd.,. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the establishment of Cambodia’s Commercial Office of the Ministry of Commerce based in Beijing, People's Republic of China, which will contribute with the Royal Government of Cambodia in strengthening and expanding economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Cambodia and China to be more efficient, especially to expand the market for Cambodian products to the Chinese markets.
