(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី២៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ លោកជំទាវ ខា ឡេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំមន្ត្រីនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មចូលរួមកម្មវិធីសិក្ខាសាលាក្រោមប្រធានបទ ស្តីពី «បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីចិននិងអាស៊ាន និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូរសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយក្នុងតំបន់ (RCEP)»។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសក្តានុពលនៃការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជាក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល អាណត្តិទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានលើកឡើងពីកត្តាសក្តានុពលចម្បងក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលសមស្របសម្រាប់ធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ ជូនដល់អង្គសិក្ខាសាលាដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១- ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមានការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍លើផ្នែកហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរួមមាន៖ ផ្លូវថ្នល់ ផ្លូវដែក កំពង់ផែ ស្ពានអាកាស ព្រលានយន្តហោះ ប្រព័ន្ធគមនាគមន៍ អគ្គិសនី ដែលផ្តល់ភាពងាយស្រួលសម្រាប់ផលិតកម្ម និងការដឹកជញ្ជូន ព្រមទាំងជាទីតាំងតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផលិតកម្មដ៏ល្អបំផុតសម្រាប់រោងចក្រផលិតកម្មផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទៅតំបន់ជុំវិញ ជាពិសេសទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិបានយ៉ាងងាយស្រួល។
២- ទីផ្សារធំទូលាយប្រកបដោយភាពអនុគ្រោះ និងការលើកទឹកចិត្តខ្ពស់ពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលតាមរយៈយន្តការនៃការលើកទឹកចិត្តផ្នែកពន្ធជាមូលដ្ឋាន ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្តល់ទំនុកចិត្ត ភាពងាយស្រួល ការការពារ ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ និងការផ្តល់ដំណោះស្រាយជូនដល់វិនិយោគគិនទាំងអស់ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងទាន់ពេលវេលា។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ កម្ពុជាក៏មានកត្តាធនធានកម្លាំងពលកម្ម និងធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់ ដែលអាចបម្រើគ្រប់វិស័យដល់ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគិនរហូតដល់ ៨០%។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក៏មានការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លើប្រធានបទខាងលើ ព្រមទាំងមានការរៀបចំជាវេទិការសំណួរ-ចម្លើយ ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងព័ត៌មានពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដែលទទួលបានពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដូចជា កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរី អាស៊ាន-ចិន កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ចកម្មសេរី កម្ពុជា-ចិន និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូរសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ផងដែរ៕
(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of 28 February 2024, Her Excellency KHA Leng, Secretary of State, on behalf of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, led the officials to attend the workshop “Updates of the Implementation of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) and China-Cambodia FTA”.
The purpose of this important workshop is to promote the potential of doing businesses and investments in Cambodia under the leadership of our Royal Government of the Seven Legislature of the National Assembly. At the same time, HE Secretary of State has also indicated the excellent potential factors such as:
1- Cambodia has been developed consecutively which we have a plentiful infrastructure such as roads railways, ports, flyovers, airports, electrical communication systems that facilitates production and transportations which is also the production chain connection location for production and easily supplied the surrounding area, especially the international markets.
2- Favorable market conditions and incentives by the Royal Government which the law provides Investment incentives in many important sectors and activities through mechanism of tax related basic incentives in purpose of facilitating, protecting, paying attention, and providing proper solutions to all investors with efficiency and timely manner.
Meanwhile, the workshop has also held a panel discussion regarding to the relevant information of business registration, the benefits from RCEP, FTA, ACFTA.
