(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម ទិត រិទ្ធីពល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ចូលរួមបើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការផ្ទេរបន្ទាត់ពន្ធក្រោម RCEP ពី AHTN/HS 2017 ទៅ AHTN/HS 2022» នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Hyatt Regency រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ 

សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីវិទ្យាស្ថានស្រាវជ្រាវសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសម្រាប់អាស៊ាន និងអាស៊ីបូព៌ា (ERIA) ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រី និងពង្រឹងជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសក្នុងការអនុវត្ត ពិសេសផ្តោតលើការផ្ទេរបន្ទាត់ពន្ធក្រោម RCEP ពី AHTN/HS 2017 ទៅ AHTN/HS 2022 ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃ គិតចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤។ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានលើកឡើងពីសក្តានុពលនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយតំបន់ RCEP ក្នុងការរក្សាកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដោយបង្កបង្កើនក្របខ័ណ្ឌគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយដើម្បីពង្រីកទំហំពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ និងការសហការលើវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 05 March 2024, His Excellency TITH Rithipol, Under Secretary of State of Commerce, delivered an opening remark in the workshop on “Transposition of Cambodia’s RCEP TRS from ATHN/HS 2017 into AHTN/HS 2022” at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel, Phnom Penh capital city.

This workshop was convened under the cooperation between the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, with support from the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) to improve the current officials’ technical skills and strengthen their understanding of the transposition of Cambodia’s RCEP TRS from AHTN/HS 2017 into AHTN/HS 2022 which was held from 5-7 March 2024. On this occasion, His Excellency Under Secretary of State has highlighted the potential of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) in fostering inclusive and sustainable growth and setting forth a comprehensive framework to enhance trade, investment, and economic collaboration.
