(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.» និង ឯកឧត្តម ឡេង សេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាអនុប្រធាន គ.ប.ក. បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំចង្អៀតបច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សា និងកែសម្រួលលើសេចក្ដីព្រាងសេចក្ដីសម្រេចស្ដីពីលក្ខខណ្ឌនិងនីតិវិធីនៃការស្នើសុំគោលការណ៍អនុគ្រោះក្រោមច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង ដើម្បីជួយជំរុញឱ្យដំណើរការក្នុងការពិភាក្សាក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់ គ.ប.ក. នាពេលខាងមុខ មានភាពរលូន ឆាប់រហ័ស និងទទួលបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាព។  

គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏មានការចូលរួមពី សមាជិក សមាជិកា គ.ប.ក. ដែលជាបុគ្គលឯករាជ្យ និងក្រុមការងារនៃលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ប.ក ផងដែរ។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 8 April 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of Commerce and permanent Vice Chairman of the Competition Commission of Cambodia (CCC), and His Excellency LENG Seng, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Minister and deputy chairman of the Competition Commission of Cambodia, presided over a technical meeting to review, discuss, and revise the draft decision on the requirements and procedures on leniency under the Law on Competition in order to foster the future meeting of the CCC to process smoothly, quickly, and effectively.

It should be noted that this meeting was also attended by independent individuals from the CCC and the CCC secretariat.
