(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្ដម តាត ពុធសូដារី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្ដីពី “ការចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម” ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងស្រាវជ្រាវ ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រីរាជការ គ្រប់នាយកដ្ឋាននៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាច្រើនរូប។

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ មានគោលបំណងបំពេញសមត្ថភាពបន្ថែមជូនដល់មន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លើទិដ្ឋភាពច្បាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ និងយន្តការចរចា ដើម្បីមានសមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងការចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្មលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ ជាពិសេសទាញយកប្រយោជន៍ជាអតិបរមាសម្រាប់កម្ពុជាពីការចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ផ្ដោតលើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា៖

- រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ មុខងារ និងគោលការណ៍របស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក

- ទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅនៃការចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក

- ការចរចា និងបច្ចេកទេសនៃចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្មផ្នែកទំនិញ

(Phnom Penh) - On the morning of Tuesday, 26 November 2024, His Excellency TAT Puthsodary, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the training on “Trade Negotiations,” organized by the Trade Training and Research Institute (TTRI). Many participants from different departments of the Ministry of Commerce attended the training.

The training aims to strengthen MoC officials' understanding of international trade laws and trade negotiation mechanisms to be competent in international trade negotiations, especially to maximize the benefits for Cambodia. The training covers the following topics:

Structure, functions, and principles of the World Trade Organization

- General aspects of trade negotiations under the World Trade Organization

- Negotiation and negotiation techniques for trade in goods

- Negotiations and negotiation techniques for trade in services.
