(ហ្សាការតា, ឥណ្ឌូណេស៊ី)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអាស៊ាន ក្នុងទីក្រុងហ្សាការតា ប្រទេសឥណ្ឌូណេស៊ី លោក កាន់ វិសិដ្ឋ អនុព័ន្ធទទួលបន្ទុកការងារសេដ្ឋកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមអម ឯកឧត្តម ហេង សារិទ្ធ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត/តំណាងអចិន្រ្តៃយ៍កម្ពុជាប្រចាំអាស៊ាន ចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការតំណាងអចិន្រ្តៃយ៍ប្រចាំអាស៊ាន (CPR) ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រោមមូលបទ “បរិយាបន្ន និងចីរភាព” ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម កៅ គឹមហួន អគ្គលេខាធិការអាស៊ាន និងភាពជាប្រធាន CPR ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ របស់ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការ បានបញ្ជាក់ពីការគាំទ្ររបស់លេខាធិការដ្ឋានអាស៊ាន សម្រាប់ការងាររបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃប្រចាំអាស៊ាន ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ លោកជំទាវ Sarah AI Bakri Devadason ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតស្ថានបេសកកម្មម៉ាឡេស៊ីប្រចាំអាស៊ាន សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការងាររបស់តំណាងអចិន្រ្តៃ ក្នុងការជំរុញអាទិភាពរបស់អាស៊ាន និងពង្រឹងសមាហរណកម្មក្នុងតំបន់នៅពេលដែលអាស៊ានបញ្ចប់ផែនការសហគមន៍ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងបានដាក់ចេញនូវផែនការការងារ សម្រាប់ចក្ខុវិស័យសហគមន៍អាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០៤៥។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកជំទាវ Sarah AI Bakri Devadason ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតស្ថានបេសកកម្មម៉ាឡេស៊ីប្រចាំអាស៊ាន ដើម្បីបន្តពិភាក្សាលើការកសាងសហគមន៍អាស៊ាន ទំនាក់ទំនងខាងក្រៅរបស់អាស៊ាន និងបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗ រួមមានការត្រៀមសម្រាប់កិច្ចប្រជុំចង្អៀតរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេសអាស៊ាន និងកិច្ចប្រជុំពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅពីថ្ងៃទី១៨-១៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។

(Jakarta, Indonesia): On the morning of Thursday, 9 January 2025, at the ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta, Indonesia, Mr. KANN Viseth, Economic Attaché (AEC), accompanied His Excellency HENG Sarith, Ambassador/Permanent Representative of Cambodia to ASEAN, attended the Opening Ceremony of the inaugural first meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR), presided over by His Excellency Dr. KAO Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability” and under Malaysia’s Chairmanship 2025.
On that occasion, His Excellency Dr. KAO Kim Hourn reaffirmed the ASEAN Secretariat’s unwavering support for the work of the CPR, under the leadership of Her Excellency Sarah AI Bakri Devadason, Permanent Representative of Malaysia to ASEAN, who is the CPR Chair for 2025.
He also underscored the importance of the work of the CPR in advancing ASEAN’s priorities and strengthening regional integration as ASEAN approaches the culmination of the ASEAN Community Blueprint 2025 and lays the groundwork for the ASEAN Community Vision 2045.
The first meeting of CPR 2025, chaired by Her Excellency Sarah AI Bakri Devadason, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Malaysia to ASEAN, continued to discuss ASEAN Community building, ASEAN’s external relations, and other issues, including the preparation for the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM Retreat), scheduled from 18-19 January 2025 in Malaysia.
