ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណរណៈនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតម៉ាឡេស៊ីប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អគ្គនាយរង ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ព្រមទាំងសហព័ន្ធស្វាយចន្ទីកម្ពុជា ក្រុមហ៊ុនស្វាយចន្ទី ក្រុមហ៊ុនស្វាយ ក្រុមហ៊ុនម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងអង្គការ ជាច្រើនរូប។

យោងតាមស្មារតីនៃការចុះអនុស្សរណៈខាងលើនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុន TRACKINTECH SOLUTIONS SND BHD ម៉ាឡេស៊ី នឹងធ្វើការបញ្ជាទិញស្វាយចន្ទីកែច្នៃពីក្រុមហ៊ុនអ៊ែមភល អាហ្គ្រោប្រដាក់ ឯ.ក និងស្វាយសម្ងួតពីក្រុមហ៊ុនគីរីរម្យ ហ្វ៊ូដ ប្រដាក់សិន ឯ.ក ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ ផលិតផលស្វាយចន្ទី និងស្វាយកែវរមៀតកម្ពុជា បង្កើតលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលអ្នកចែកចាយនឹងមានសិទ្ធិផ្តាច់មុខក្នុងការធ្វើទីផ្សារ និងដាក់លក់ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី សិង្ហបុរី និងប្រ៊ុយណេ។

Her Excellency TOR Pilar, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation to strengthen and expand international markets for Cambodian cashew and mango companies.

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency TOR Pilar, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, presided over the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to strengthen and expand international markets for Cambodian cashew and mango companies between (1) AMPLE AGRO PRODUCT CO., LTD. and TRACKINTECH SOLUTIONS SND BHD and (2) KIRIROM FOOD PRODUCTION CO., LTD. and TRACKINTECH SOLUTIONS SND BHD.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia, His and Her Excellency, Undersecretaries of State, Deputy Directors General, Directors of Department, and relevant officials of the Ministry of Commerce, as well as the Cambodian Cashew Federation, cashew companies, mango companies, Malaysian companies, and many other organizations.

As a result of this MOU, TRACKINTECH SOLUTIONS SND BHD will order processed cashews from AMPLE AGRO PRODUCT CO., LTD. and dried mangoes from KIRIROM FOOD PRODUCTION CO., LTD. The purpose of these Memoranda is to promote Cambodian cashew and mango products by creating conditions where distributors will have exclusive rights to market and sell them in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Brunei.
