(សៀមរាប)៖ នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ កិច្ចការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងបង្រ្កាបការក្លែងបន្លំ «ក.ប.ប.» នៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលជាសេនាធិការរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ «គ.ជ.ក.ប.» និងគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.» សហការជាមួយ កម្មវិធីគាំទ្រការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយតំបន់ RCEP (RISP) ក្រោមគម្រោងពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (RT4D) គាំទ្រដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលីនិងនូវែលសេឡង់ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តីពី «ការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង ច្បាប់ស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ» នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក ខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម ផាន អូន ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. លោក យុន លីនណេ អភិបាលរង នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប និង លោកស្រី ឃឺស្ទី ហារីស ប្រធានផ្នែកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ស្ថានទូតអូស្ត្រាលីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។
សមាសភាពចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាខាងលើនេះ មានចំនួនប្រមាណ ១៨០នាក់ ដែលរួមមាន សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សមាគមសហគ្រិនស្រ្តីកម្ពុជា សមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេង សម្ព័ន្ធសមាគមសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមកម្ពុជា មន្ទីរ ស្ថាប័នជុំវិញខេត្តសៀមរាប អយ្យការអមសាលាដំបូងខេត្តសៀមរាប មន្ទីរពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងសាខា ក.ប.ប. ខេត្តសៀមរាប ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ខេត្តក្រចេះ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ខេត្តរតនគិរី ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ព្រមទាំងអាជីវករ ម្ចាស់សហគ្រាសអាជីវកម្មដែលជាស្ត្រីនិងអ្នកទទួលបានសេវាគ្រាំទ្រតិចតួច សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ និងនិស្សិត។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗខាងលើអំពីច្បាប់ស្ដីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងច្បាប់ស្ដីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ព្រមទាំងជំរុញកិច្ចសន្ទនា សម្របសម្រួលវេទិកាសម្រាប់ការចូលរួមរវាងស្ថាប័នសាធារណៈ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងកំណត់ឱ្យឃើញពីតម្រូវការនៃការគាំទ្រទាក់ទងនឹងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ជាពិសេសបានធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ល្អៗ ការស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា និងបន្តទំនាក់ទំនងគ្នា ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមគោរព ក៏ដូចជាអនុវត្តច្បាប់ឱ្យទទួលបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាពនិងប្រសិទ្ធផល៕

(Siem Reap): On Thursday, 6 February 2025, the Consumer Protection, Competition, and Fraud Repression Directorate General of the Ministry of Commerce—the secretariat and enforcement body of the National Commission for Consumer Protection (NCCP) and Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC)—in collaboration with the RCEP Implementation Support Program (RISP) under the Regional Trade for Development (RT4D) project, supported by the governments of Australia and New Zealand, organized a dissemination workshop on “Implementation of Competition Law, Consumer Protection Law, and Related Regulations” at the Pacific Hotel, Siem Reap, co-chaired by His Excellency PHAN Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia and Director General of CCF, Mr. YUN Linne, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province, and Ms. KIRSTY Harris, Head of Development Cooperation, Australian Embassy in Cambodia.
Approximately 150 participants attended the workshop, including representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, the Cambodian Women Entrepreneurs Association, the Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Cambodian Small and Medium Enterprises Association, various organizations and departments in Siem Reap province, the Siem Reap Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, the Department of Commerce, and CCF branches in Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, and Oddar Meanchey provinces, as well as vendors, women-led businesses, disadvantaged groups, professors, and students.
The workshop aimed to raise awareness among key stakeholders about the Competition Law and the Consumer Protection Law, promote dialogue, facilitate public and private sector participation to address challenges and identify needs support related to law enforcement, exchange good experiences, find solutions to challenges, foster ongoing communication, and promote efficient and effective compliance and implementation of the laws and regulations.
