(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយក្រុមការងាររបស់ធនាគារពិភពលោក ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ លោក Sebastian Eckardt ប្រធានអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងជាអ្នកដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារ (TTL)។

កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានផ្តោតលើការការគាំទ្រដែលមានសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់គម្រោង Cambodia Regional Connectivity Improvement Project ដោយសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលភាគីទាំងពីរបានរិះរកមធ្យោបាយដើម្បីបង្កើនជំនួយផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ សំដៅពង្រឹងនូវប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃច្រករបៀងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតាមព្រំដែន ក្នុងគោលបំណងកាត់បន្ថយចំណាយ និងថ្លៃដើមនៃការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។

បន្ថែមពីនេះ កិច្ចប្រជុំក៏បានលើកឡើងពីការអនុវត្តជាបន្តបន្ទាប់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រោមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO TFA) រួមមាន៖ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធឌីយីថល ការដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធចុះបញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ការទូទាត់តាមអនឡាញ ការពង្រឹងនីតិវិធីដឹកជញ្ជូនទំនិញឆ្លងកាត់ តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឆ្លងកាត់ព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសជិតខាង ការធ្វើសាមញ្ញកម្មប្រព័ន្ធគយ ការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធដឹកជញ្ជូន ការពង្រីកបន្ថែមទៀតនូវទំហំការងារប្រព័ន្ធបញ្ជរតែមួយជាតិ និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមន្រ្តីជំនាញសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាដើម។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Wednesday, 12 February 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce, held a bilateral meeting with the World Bank mission team, led by Mr. Sebastian Eckardt, Practice Manager of Economic Policy and Task Team Leader (TTL).

The discussion focused on potential support for the proposed Cambodia Regional Connectivity Improvement Project, with an emphasis on trade facilitation which both sides explored ways to leverage the financial support to enhance border economic corridor efficiency with the purpose of reducing trade costs.

It is also highlighted the ongoing implementations undertaken by the Royal Government of Cambodia in streamlining trade facilitation under the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (WTO TFA), such as trade digitalization, an online business registration system, e-payment, enhancement in goods-in-transit procedures through strengthened cross-border cooperation with neighboring countries, customs simplification, improvement of logistic facilities and infrastructure, expansion of the scope of work of the National Single Window (NSW) for more efficient trade processing, amongst other initiatives, and capacity building for facilitating officials.
