(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បត៍ ទី១៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្នាក់ការធនាគារពិភពលោកប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា លោកជំទាវ ស្វាយ ណាគ្រី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អមដោយលោក ថុល ណារ៉ា អគ្គនាយករងពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសរបស់ធនាគារពិភពលោក ដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោក Sadig Aliyev ប្រធានអ្នកជំនាញការផ្នែកដឹកជញ្ជូននិងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធប្រចាំនៅប្រទេសសឹង្ហបូរី ស្តីពីគម្រោង Cambodia Regional Connectivity Improvement Project ផ្នែកកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ តំណាងក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួងសាធារណៈការនិងដឹកជញ្ជូន និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយនិងរដ្ឋាករកម្ពុជានិងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសរបស់ធនាគារពិភពលោកជាច្រើនរូប។

ជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងារនេះ រៀបចំក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីប្រមូលធាតុចូលក្នុងសមាសធាតុសំខាន់ចំនួនបីរបស់គម្រោង រួមមាន៖ ទី១-ការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងក្នុងតំបន់ស្របតាមការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន័, ទី២-ការធ្វើអោយប្រសើរឡើងវិស័យភស្តុភាកម្ម ដឹកជញ្ជូននិងកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, និង ទី៣- ការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងនិងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្ស សំដៅធ្វើឱ្យប្រសិទ្ធិភាពនៃការដឹកជញ្ជូននិងការតភ្ជាប់ក្នុងតំបន់កាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង លើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ស្របតាមការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុប្រកបដោយបរិយាប័ន្ន។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Thursday, 13 February 2025, at the World Bank’s head office, Her Excellency SVAY Nakry, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, accompanied by Mr. THOL Nara, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of International Trade, joined a technical meeting on the Cambodia Regional Connectivity Improvement Project-Trade Facilitation, presided over by Mr. Sadig Aliyev, Lead Transportation and Infrastructure Specialist in Singapore. His and Her Excellencies' representatives from the Ministry of Economics and Finance, Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, General Department of Customs and Excise, and World Bank’s Task Team members also participated in the meeting.

The discussion aimed to collect inputs for the three main components of the project, which are: the first component focuses on Climate Resilient Regional Connectivity Improvement; the second component is centered on Trade Facilitation and Logistics Improvement; the third component is mainly on Project Management and Capacity Building. The project will result in improved regional connectivity and transport efficiency, improved trade efficiency, and improved climate resilience.
