(អូសាកា, ជប៉ុន)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក ស៊ីន សារ៉ាយ អនុព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មអមស្ថានទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសជប៉ុន បានចូលរួមអម ឯកឧត្តម ទុយ រី ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសជប៉ុន ក្នុងពិធីបើកការិយាល័យសាខាតំបន់កាន់សៃរបស់សមាគមកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុនគិបូ (CJKA) ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីក្រុងអូសាកា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ហេង សួរ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសមាគម CJKA។

គោលបំណង នៃការបើកការិយាល័យសាខាតំបន់កាន់សៃនេះ គឺដើម្បីពង្រីកផែនការសកម្មភាព ដែលអនុឡោមទៅតាមកម្មវត្ថុ និងបេសកកម្មរបស់សមាគម CJKA ព្រមទាំងបំពេញមុខងារយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយស្ថានប័នរដ្ឋ និងវិស័យឯកជន ក្នុងទិសដៅពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសជប៉ុន, ចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការលើកស្ទួយការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកបដោយវឌ្ឍនភាពនិងឧត្តមភាព, ផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍ វប្បធម៌ និងឱកាសសិក្សា ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សាមគ្គីភាព និងមិត្តភាពល្អនៃប្រជាជាតិទាំងពីរ កាន់តែខ្លាំងឡើងថែមទៀត។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកអនុព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានចូលរួមអបអរសាទរចំពោះ លោក Okamura Katsumasa ប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុន Reve21 ដែលត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជា ប្រធានសាខាទទួលបន្ទុកតំបន់កាន់សៃ នៃសមាគមកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុនគិបូ និងបានពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយសមាគម CJKA ដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈសម្របសម្រួលរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាវិនិយោគតាមបណ្តាខេត្ត-ក្រុងនៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន នាខែបន្តបន្ទាប់ខាងមុខនេះ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រីកបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងធុរកិច្ចរវាងកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន និងជំរុញអ្នកវិនិយោគជប៉ុន ឱ្យទៅធ្វើធុរកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឱ្យបានកាន់តែច្រើនបន្ថែមទៀត។

(Osaka, Japan): On the morning of Tuesday, 18 February 2025, Mr. SIN Saray, Commercial Attaché to the Cambodian Embassy in Japan, accompanied His Excellency TUY Ry, Ambassador of Cambodia to Japan, to attend the opening ceremony of the CJKA Kansai Branch, held in Osaka and presided over by His Excellency HENG Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cambodia-Japan Kibou Association.

The purpose of opening this Kansai Branch office is to expand the action plan in line with the objectives and mission of the CJKA, and to actively work with state institutions and the private sector to strengthen relations between Cambodia and Japan, contributing to progressive and excellent economic development, promoting tourism, culture, and educational opportunities to further promote unity and friendship between the two nations.

On that occasion, Mr. Commercial Attaché congratulated Mr. Okamura Katsumasa, President of Reve21, on his appointment as President of the CJKA Kansai Branch, and discussed coordination and preparations for investment seminars in Japanese provinces and cities in the coming months, aiming to expand business networks between Cambodia and Japan and encourage Japanese investors to do business and invest in Cambodia.
