(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia): From 19 - 20, February 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, His Excellency TITH Rithipol, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and the ACFTA SJC Lead for Cambodia, led the Cambodian delegation to the Special Joint Committee Meeting for the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area 3.0 Upgrade. The meeting monitored the progress of negotiations on the remaining chapters and the legal scrubbing process, and discussed work plans to conclude the upgrade negotiations and sign the ACFTA 3.0 upgrade agreement in 2025.
