(សៀមរាប)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅមន្ទីរពាណិជ្ជកម្មខេត្តសៀមរាប ឯកឧត្តម សំហេង បូរ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលា ស្តីពី “កាលានុវត្តភាពថ្មីនៃអាជីវកម្មបន្លែផ្លែឈើ” ក្នុងកំឡុងពេលពិព័រណ៍ផលិតផលខ្មែរ និងបន្លែផ្លែឈើ លើកទី១៨ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ដែលមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត មន្ទីរពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាពិសេសសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ម្ចាស់កសិដ្ឋាន អ្នកដាំដុះបន្លែផ្លែឈើ អ្នកចែកចាយបន្ត និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗទៀតក្នុងវិស័យបន្លែផ្លែឈើ នៅក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីស្វែងរក និងពង្រីកទីផ្សារ ជូនផលិតករ និងពាណិជ្ជករក្នុងស្រុកពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងផលិតផលបន្លែផ្លែឈើ តាមរយៈវេទិកាផ្គូផ្គងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម រវាងសហគមន៍កសិករ ម្ចាស់កសិដ្ឋាន អ្នកដាំដុះបន្លែផ្លែឈើ ជាមួយអ្នកចែកចាយ អ្នកលក់ដុំ-រាយ អ្នកកែច្នៃ និងម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្មនានា ជាពិសេសផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងជំរុញការនាំចេញផលិតផលខ្មែរទៅកាន់ ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។

នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ មានការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញចំនួន ៤ ប្រធានបទ រួមមាន៖ ១-យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជំរុញផលិតផលសក្ដានុពលកម្ពុជាដើម្បីនាំចេញ ២-សក្តានុពលផលិតកម្មបន្លែផ្លែឈើក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប ៣-បែបបទនីតិវិធីបញ្ជូនផលិតផលកម្ពុជាចូលផ្សារទំនើប និង ៤-វឌ្ឍនភាពខ្សែច្រវាក់ផលិតកម្ម និងការចាប់ដៃគូអាជីវកម្មរបស់សហគមន៍បន្លែផ្លែឈើ។

(Siem Reap): On the morning of Friday, 28 February 2025, at the Siem Reap Department of Commerce, His Excellency SAMHENG Bora, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over a seminar on “New Opportunities in the Fruit and Vegetable Business” during the 18th Khmer Product and Fruit and Vegetable Expo in Siem Reap Province, with the participation of representatives of Siem Reap Province,relevant provincial departments, especially the agricultural community, farm owners, fruit and vegetable growers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the fruit and vegetable sector in Siem Reap.

The primary goal of this seminar is to explore and expand markets for local producers and businesses involved in fruit and vegetable products through a business networking platform between farming communities, farm owners, fruit and vegetable growers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, processors, and other business partners.with an emphasis on promoting and boosting the export of Cambodian products to international markets.

During this important seminar, there were four presentations covering the following topics: 1-Strategies for promoting Cambodia's potential products for export, 2-The potential of fruit and vegetable production in Siem Reap Province, 3-Procedures for sending Cambodian products to supermarkets, and 4-The development of the production value chain and business partnerships in the fruit and vegetable sector.
