(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសណ្ឋាគារសាន់ អែន មូន រីវើសាយ ឯកឧត្តម រាជ រ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី “ផ្តើមពីគំនិតទៅជាលទ្ធផល ៖ សមភាពរបស់ស្ត្រីក្នុងការទទួលយកនូវបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ក្នុងវិស័យសាធារណៈ និងឯកជន” ដែលមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សេង សុភាព ប្រធានបណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា CADT លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោក-លោកស្រីជាមន្ត្រីរាជការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជនពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាច្រើនរូប ដែលសិក្ខាសាលា១ថ្ងៃពេញនេះ សហគាំទ្រដោយគម្រោង EU-German GATE និងគម្រោង ​​COMPETE II។

មានមតិបេីក ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលេីកឡេីងថាសិក្ខាសាលានេះពិតជាមានសារសំខាន់ក្នុងការចែករំលែកឧត្តមានុវត្តនិងបទពិសោធន៍ ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់ពុទ្ធិថ្មីៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអភិបាលកិច្ចនិងបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលតាមរយៈការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញដោយវាគ្មិនជំនាញ រួមមាន៖ ការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍បញ្ញានិម្មិត AI, កិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងយុគសម័យឌីជីថល, ការវិភាគទិន្នន័យដោយប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍បញ្ញានិម្មិត AI សម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម, និងការស្វែងរកនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលស្ត្រីជួបប្រទះទាក់ទងនឹងអក្ខរកម្មឌីជីថល។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្តថា តាមរយៈកិច្ចពិភាក្សាដែលមានក្នុងរបៀបវារៈនៃសិក្ខាសាលានឹងអាចជួយជំរុញការចូលរួមរបស់ស្រ្តីយ៉ាងពេញលេញក្នុងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមឌីជីថលផងដែរ៕

Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 6 March 2025, at the Sun & Moon, Riverside Hotel, His Excellency Reach Ra, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, esteemed representative of Her Excellency Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce, presided over the opening ceremony of the full-day workshop on "From Ideas to Impact: “Women Embracing Digital Transformation in Public and Private Sectors" with the presence of His Excellency Dr. Seng Sopheap, President of the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT), Excellencies Secretaries of State, Excellencies Under-secretaries of State, officials of the Ministry of Commerce, representatives from relevant development partners, and private sectors. This whole day seminar is supported by the EU-German GATE and GIZ COMPETE II projects.

In his opening remarks, His Excellency Reach Ra emphasized the importance of the workshop in sharing best practices and experiences, as well as providing new knowledge related to governance and digital transformation through presentations by expert speakers including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, consumer protection in the digital age, data analysis using AI tools for small and medium enterprises, and identifying the challenges women are facing related to digital literacy.

On the same afternoon, all participants continued to actively engage and learn about the important topics of five key presentations, including: 1. Usage of AI tools, 2. Consumer Protection in Digital Era, 3. Embracing Women in Digital Transformation, 4. Showcase of Using AI of the Real best practices, and 5. Showcasing of Data Analysis by Using AI Tools for SMEs.

On that occasion, His Excellency also highlighted that the discussions included in the workshop's agenda would help promote women's full participation in the digital economy and society.
