(បាងកក, ថៃ)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី២២-២៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម រាជ រ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំ ប្រតិភូសហព័ន្ធដំឡូងមីកម្ពុជា តំណាងដោយ ឧកញ៉ា ច្រាយ សុន ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធដំឡូងមី ចូលរួមក្នុងជំនួបជាមួយសភាឧស្សាកម្មថៃ និងពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាលើការទិញលក់ផលិតផលដំឡូងមី និងពោតក្រហមពីកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចំនួន ១២រូប រួមមានតំណាងអគ្គនាយករងជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងឧកញ៉ា ច្រាយ ស៊ុន ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធដំឡូងមី និងសហការី ព្រមទាំងតំណាងសភាឧស្សាហកម្មថៃ និងតំណាងក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់ប្រទេសថៃ ចំនួន ៣២រូប ផងដែរ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា និងសភាឧហ្សាកម្មថៃបានពិភាក្សា យ៉ាងផុលផុស ស្វែងរកបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងដំណោះស្រាយ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងទីផ្សារ និងខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ផលិតកម្មកែច្នៃរវាងកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលផ្តោតទៅលើផលិតកម្មដំឡូងមី ពោត សណ្តែក វត្ថុធាតុដើមផលិតចំណីសត្វ,កិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងភស្តុភាកម្ម។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានគណៈប្រតិភូ បានជំរុញ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តអ្នកវិនិយោគថៃ ទៅដាក់ទុនវិនិយោគ និងធ្វើអាជីកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា អោយបានច្រើនបន្ថែមទៀត។

ក្រោយពីចប់ជំនួបពិភាក្សា ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានធ្វើជាសក្ខីភាពក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងក្រុមហ៊ុន Koson Group និង សហព័ន្ធដំឡូងមីកម្ពុជា ដែលក្រុមហ៊ុន Koson Group នឹងទទួលទិញដំឡូងមីចំនួន ៣០០,០០០តោន និងពោតក្រហមចំនួន ១០០,០០០តោន ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំពីកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈសហព័ន្ធដំឡូងមីកម្ពុជា។

ក្នុងបេសកកម្មនេះដែរ ប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាក៏បានធ្វើដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ច រោងចក្រកែច្នៃដំឡូងមី ប្រេងដូង រោងចក្រគ្រឿងសំអាង និងរោងចក្រធ្វេីជី មួយចំនួន រួមមាន៖ ១.) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Thai Eastern Group Holding Plc. ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនចែកចាយប្រេងដូងឆៅ, ២.) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Global Green Chemical Plc. ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផលិត Bio ប្រេងម៉ាស៊ូត, ៣.) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Koson Group ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផលិត Biomass, ៤.) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Thai Ruamjai Vegetable Oil Ltd ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផលិតប្រេងឆារពីកន្ទក់ ៥.) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Saksiam Group ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផលិតជី និង៦.)ក្រុមហ៊ុន Kovic Kate International (Thailand) Ltd. ជាក្រុមហ៊ុន អាហាររូបត្ថម្ភ ទឹកអប់ និងគ្រឿងសំអាង ផងដែរ ដើម្បីស្វែងរកឱកាសទីផ្សារសម្រាប់ការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ផលិតផលធ្វើជាវត្ថុធាតុដើមកែច្នៃសម្រាប់ផលិតផលសម្រេច ដែលនាំចូលពីកម្ពុជា។

His Excellency Reach Ra, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led a delegation from the Cassava Federation of Cambodia to attend a meeting with the Federation of Thai Industry and a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding on the purchase of 300,000 tons of cassava and 100,000 tons of red corn from Cambodia per year.

(Bangkok, Thailand): On 22-25 April 2025, His Excellency Reach Ra, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led a delegation from the Cassava Federation of Cambodia, represented by Oknha Chray Son, President of the Federation, to attend a meeting with the Federation of Thai Industries and a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the purchase and sale of cassava and red corn products from Cambodia. The meeting was attended by 12 Cambodian delegates, including the Deputy Director-General of Trade Promotion, representatives from the Department of Trade Policy, Oknha Chray Son and his colleagues, as well as representatives from the Federation of Thai Industries and 32 officials from relevant Thai ministries and institutions.

During the meeting, the Cambodian delegation and the Federation of Thai Industries discussed in detail the challenges and solutions related to the market and supply chain for processed products between Cambodia and Thailand, focusing on cassava, corn, soybeans, animal feed raw materials, trade facilitation, and logistics. On that occasion, His Excellency also encouraged Thai investors to invest and do business in Cambodia.

After the meeting, His Excellency Secretary of State also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Koson Group and the Cassava Federation of Cambodia. Under this MoU, Koson Group will purchase 300,000 tons of cassava and 100,000 tons of red corn per year from Cambodia through the Federation.

During this mission, the Cambodian delegation also visited cassava and palm oil processing factories, cosmetics factories, and fertilizer factories, including:

1.Thai Eastern Group Holding Plc., a crude coconut oil distributor., 2.) Global Green Chemical Plc. as a Biodiesel manufacturer, 3.) Koson Group as a Biomass manufacturer, 4.) Thai Ruamjai Vegetable Oil Ltd as a rice oil manufacturer, 5.) Saksiam Group as a fertilizer manufacturer, and 6.) Kovic Kate International (Thailand) Ltd. as a food, perfume and cosmetics company, also to explore market opportunities to supply products as raw materials for processing into finished products to be imported from Cambodia.
