(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី២៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុំ កុសល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយក្រុមការងារទីភ្នាក់ងារកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអាល្លឺម៉ង់ (GIZ) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ហ្វ្រាង យ៉ាត់ខឺ ប្រធានក្រុមការងារអាស៊ាន (Mr. Frank Jattke) លើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការភាពជាដៃគូក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាមួយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។

កិច្ចពិភាក្សាការងារនេះ មានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទេសនៃនាយកដ្ឋានសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ដោយបានពិភាក្សាលើយន្តការសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានាក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងតម្លាភាពតាមរយៈកិច្ចសហការសម្របសម្រួលភាពជាដៃគូក្នុងការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងអនុវត្តគម្រោង/កម្មវិធីនានាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ឱ្យបានកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ក្រុមការងារទីភ្នាក់ងារកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអាល្លឺម៉ង់ (GIZ) ដែលបានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រនានាសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសតាមរយៈគម្រោងគាំទ្រសមាហរណកម្មតំបន់អាស៊ាន-ជំនួយពាក់ព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា (ARISE Plus Cambodia Project) និងកម្មវិធីភាពជាដៃគូសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដើម្បីបើកច្រកទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារសកល និងជំនាញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (European Union-German Global Access and Trade Expertise "EU-German GATE")។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការគាំទ្រទាំងនេះបានចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម កសាងសមត្ថភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា ផងដែរ៕

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Wednesday, 28 May 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency OUM Kosal, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, had bilateral meeting with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Cambodia, led by Mr. Frank Jattke, GIZ ASEAN Team Leader. The meeting focused on collaboration and partnership in the trade sector with the Ministry of Commerce.

The meeting was also attended by leaders and technical officials from the Department of International Cooperation. It focused on coordination mechanisms with development partners in Cambodia's trade sector, aiming to promote efficient resource use and transparency through collaborative coordination and partnerships. The goal is to promote trade development, strengthen cooperation, and implement trade-related projects and programs more effectively.

On that occasion, His Excellency Undersecretary of State thanked GIZ for its assistance in developing Cambodia's trade sector, especially through the ARISE Plus Cambodia Project and the European Union-German Global Access and Trade Expertise (EU-German GATE).

His Excellency Undersecretary of State also stated that this support has significantly contributed to developing the trade sector, building trade capacity, and promoting economic growth in Cambodia.
