(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសណ្ឋាគារហៃយ៉ាត់រីជេនស៊ីភ្នំពេញ ឯកឧត្ដម រដ្ឋ សារ៉ាវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតី និងធ្វើជាវាគ្មិន ក្នុងកម្មពិធីពេញអង្គរបស់ក្រុមការងារបេកកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មកាណាដា ដែលរៀបចំដោយស្ថានទូតកាណាដាប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ សុក ស៊ីផាន់ណា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស និងមលោកជំទាវ Sara Wilshaw ឧបការីជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ និងជាស្នងការពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃប្រទេសកាណាដា។
កម្មវិធីដ៏សំខាន់នេះ មានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកាណាដានៅកម្ពុជា ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធុរកិច្ចកាណាដា-អាស៊ាន វិស័យឯកជនកាណាដា និងកម្ពុជា និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញជាច្រើនរូប និងត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជា និងកាណាដា។
ថ្លែងក្នុងវគ្គពិភាក្សាវាគ្មិន ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានចែករំលែកពីវឌ្ឍនភាពសំខាន់ៗនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបានរំលេចជូនអង្គកម្មវិធីទាំងមូលអំពីចំណុចសក្តានុពលចំនួន ៥ ដែលវិនិយោគិនកាណាដាអាចពិចារណាសម្រាប់ពង្រីកការធ្វើវិនិយោគ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលរួមមាន៖ (១) ទីតាំងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងលំហូរវិនិយោគនិងពាណិជ្ជម្មក្នុងតំបន់, (២) ការធានាដោយបទប្បញ្ញត្តិច្បាប់រឹងមាំ, (៣) ច្រកទីផ្សារនាំចេញអនុគ្រោះ និងទូលំទូលាយ, (៤) សក្តានុពលកម្លាំងពលកម្មធៀបនឹងប្រទេសដទៃ និង (៥) ភាពកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងនៃប្រព័ន្ធឡូហ្សីស្ទីក និងកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា។
មុននឹងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជំរុញអ្នកវិនិយោគិនកាណាដាឱ្យទាញអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជាអតិបរិមាពីដំណើរបេសកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មនេះ ពិសេសការស្វែងរកដៃគូសហការក្នុងស្រុកដែលមានសក្តានុពល ដើម្បីធ្វើការវិនិយោគ ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនឹងបន្តសហការជាមួយគ្រប់ភាគី ដើម្បីបន្តគាំទ្រ និងជួយដោះស្រាយរាល់បញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា ដែលធុរជន និងវិនិយោគិន ក្នុងស្រុក និងបរទេស រួមទាំងកាណាដា បាននិងកំពុងជួបប្រទះក្នុងការធ្វើវិនិយោគ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។

His Excellency Rath Saravuth, Secretary of State, Highlights Five Key Reasons to Canadian Investors and Businesspeople to Expand Investment and Trade between Cambodia and Canada

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 29 May 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel, His Excellency RATH Saravuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, participated as the chairperson and speaker in a full-day event organized by the Canada Trade Mission Team,hosted by the Canadian Embassy to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The event was chaired by His Excellency Professor Dr. Sok Sipanna, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and Special Envoy, along with Ms. Sara Wilshaw, Senior Advisor to the Deputy Minister of International Trade and Canada’s Trade Commissioner.
This important event included participation from representatives of relevant ministries and institutions, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, the Canada-ASEAN Business Council, Canadian and Cambodian private sectors, and numerous experts. The event aimed to strengthen and expand cooperation between Cambodian and Canadian businesses.
During the discussion session, His Excellency the Secretary of State shared significant progress in Cambodia’s trade sector and highlighted five key potential points forCanadian investors should consider when expanding investment and trade in Cambodia, including: (1) Cambodia’s strategic location in regional investment and trade flows; (2) Guarantees under a strong legal framework; (3) Preferential and broad export market access; (4) Labor force potential compared to other countries; (5) Improving logistics systems and Cambodia’s trade facilitation.
Before concluding, His Excellency the Secretary of Stateencouraged Canadian investors to maximize the benefits of this trade mission, especially by seeking local partners with potential for investment in Cambodia.
