(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម សំហេង បូរ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុង “ពិធីសម្ពោធភាពជាដៃគូធុរកិច្ចរវាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប-កម្ពុជា៖ ការនាំចេញ និងនវានុវត្តន៍កសិកម្ម (Launching of the EU-Cambodia Business Partnership: Export Lab and Agri-Innovation Lab) ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ ដាវីដ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ីហ្កូ ឌ្រីសម៉ាន់ ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Oakwood Premier រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និង ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី តំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ, តំណាងស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ តំណាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប តំណាងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ព្រមទាំងតំណាងរបស់សមាគម សហព័ន្ធ សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រុមហ៊ុន អាជីរករ និងសហគ្រាសជាច្រើនផងដែរ។

កម្មវិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា និងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប តាមរយៈការគាំទ្រ និងជំរុញសមត្ថភាពនាំចេញរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និងសហគ្រាសកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្ម កសិកែច្នៃ និងផលិតផលបែបច្នៃប្រឌិត ដើម្បីប្រកួតប្រជែងក្នុងទីផ្សារអឺរ៉ុប និងទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។

ថ្លែងទៅកាន់អង្គពិធី ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បញ្ជាក់ថា ក្នុងកម្មវិធីដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ក៏បានដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការផងដែរនូវគម្រោង Export Lab និង Agri-Innovation Lab ដែលគម្រោងនេះជាជំហ៊ានចាប់ផ្ដើមសំខាន់មួយក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និងសហគ្រាសកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងក្នុងទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្ថែមថា កម្មវិធីទាំងនេះនឹងផ្តល់នូវការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍផលិតផល ការរៀបចំស្តង់ដារនាំចេញ ការផ្សាភ្ជាប់អាជីវកម្មទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារអឺរ៉ុប-អាស៊ាន និងផ្ដល់ការប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និងសហគ្រាសកម្ពុជា នៅក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្ម កសិកែច្នៃ និងវស័យគោលដៅជាច្រើនទៀត។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យក្រុមហ៊ុន និងអាជីវកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ចាប់យកឱកាសនេះ ដើម្បីជំរុញ ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផលិតផលរបស់ខ្លួន ពង្រឹងនវានុវត្តន៍ និងពង្រីកសមត្ថភាពនាំចេញ ដោយផ្តោតលើការស្វែងយល់ទីផ្សារគោលដៅ ជាមួយការយល់ដឹងពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរី និងប្រព័ន្ធអនុគ្រោះពន្ធនានា ដើម្បីបង្កើនឱកាសចូលទៅក្នុងទីផ្សារអាស៊ាន និងពិភពលោក។

បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្ដម ក៏បានជំរុញឱ្យក្រុមហ៊ុន និងសហគ្រាសបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពបច្ចេកទេស ស្តង់ដារ និងការវេចខ្ចប់ផលិតផល ដើម្បីបង្កើតគំនិតថ្មី និងជំរុញការចូលរួមក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាជម្រើសសំខាន់សម្រាប់ពង្រីកទីផ្សារនាំចេញ និងពង្រីកការទទួលស្គាល់កិត្តិនាមរបស់ផលិតផលកម្ពុជា “Product of Cambodia” នៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 2 June 2025, His Excellency SAMHENG Bora, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the official launch of the “EU-Cambodia Business Partnership: Export Lab and Agri-Innovation Lab” at the Oakwood Premier Hotel in Phnom Penh. The event was also honored by the presence of His Excellency PRAK David, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and His Excellency Igor DREESMANN, Ambassador of the European Union to the Kingdom of Cambodia. Distinguished guests included representatives from relevant ministries and institutions, representatives from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, the European Union, international organizations, development partners, business associations, federations, chambers of commerce, and numerous private sector enterprises.

The EU-Cambodia Business Partnership program aims to deepen cooperation between Cambodia and the European Union, particularly in the fields of agriculture, agro-processing, and innovation. The initiative seeks to enhance the export readiness and global competitiveness of Cambodian enterprises, with a focus on improving access to European and other international markets.

In his remarks, His Excellency Secretary of State mentioned that, as part of the launch, two flagship projects were introduced: the Export Lab and the Agri-Innovation Lab. These projects are designed to empower Cambodian businesses by strengthening product development, elevating export standards, and fostering market linkages with Europe, ASEAN, and beyond. Support services include technical assistance, skills training, advisory support, and access to market intelligence.

His Excellency Secretary of State encouraged Cambodian businesses to seize this timely opportunity to drive innovation, upgrade production standards, and boost export competitiveness.

His Excellency Secretary of State also highlighted the importance of understanding target markets, leveraging free trade agreements, and utilizing preferential tariff schemes to expand regional and global market access.

Additionally, His Excellency Secretary of State further encouraged companies to invest in technical capacity, ensure consistent product quality, adopt attractive and market-ready packaging, and embrace creativity—key elements for success in international trade fairs and for elevating the global presence of “Products of Cambodia.”
