(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម ម៉ៅ ថូរ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញដឹកកិច្ចជំនួបពិភាក្សារវាងគណៈកម្មការជំរុញ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សូត្រកម្ពុជា (SDC) និងគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា នៃសាធារណៈប្រជាមានិតចិន។
កិច្ចជំនួបនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោក Liu Xiaotian ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាននៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា លោក Zhang Guoqiang ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធសូត្រអន្តរជាតិ (ISU) ព្រមទាំង លោក លោកស្រីអគ្គនាយករងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងប្រទេស អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន ប្រធានការិយាល័យ មន្ត្រីនៃនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យឯកជន និងគណៈប្រតិភូចិនជាច្រើនរូប។
កិច្ចជំនួបនេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការបង្កើត International Network for Silk (INS) ដែលស្ថិតក្រោមក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា នៃសាធារណៈប្រជាមានិតចិន ដែលប្រទេសកម្ពុជាត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញឱ្យធ្វើជាអនុប្រធាន INS និងដើម្បីពិភាក្សាផងដែរអំពីបញ្ហាទាក់ទងនឹងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនិងយន្តការអនុវត្តនៃ INS ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 5 June 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency MAO Thora, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, chaired a meeting between the Cambodia Silk Promotion and Development Commission (SDC) and a delegation from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China.
The meeting was attended by Excellency Undersecretaries of State, Deputy Director-Generals of the Ministry of Commerce, Deputy Directors, Heads of Offices, officials from the Department of Private Sector Development, and the Chinese delegation. The Chinese delegation included Mr. Liu Xiaotian, Director of the Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Mr. Zhang Guoqiang, President of the International Silk Union (ISU), accompanied by other Chinese delegates.
The meeting aimed to promote the establishment of the International Network for Silk (INS) under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China. Cambodia was invited to become Vice-Chair of the INS, and the meeting also discussed issues related to the structure and implementation mechanism of the INS.
