(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអនុញ្ញាតជូនក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិ អាណត្តិទី៥ របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន​ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិនៃ ម.ជ.ម. និងជាប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ​។

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានថ្លែងស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះ លោកប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម និងក្រុមការងារដែលបានចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះផងដែរ លោកប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម បានគោរពជម្រាបជូននិងណែនាំនូវសមាសភាពនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី៥ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. និងបានគោរពរាយការណ៍ជូន លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នូវវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ និងទិសដៅការងារបន្តរបស់ ម.ជ.ម.។

ជាការឆ្លើយតប លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់យន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ជាពិសេសក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលនឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្កើនភាពទាក់ទាញនិងជំនឿងចិត្តរបស់វិនិយោគិន និងបានគូសរំលេចជូននូវសកម្មភាពការងារមួយចំនួនដែលក្រសួងបានដាក់ចេញនិងកំពុងបន្តអនុវត្ត ដែលអាចចូលរួមចំណែក ដល់ការជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ សំដៅអាចសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលការងារបន្ថែមទៀត។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 10 June 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call by the 5th Mandate Executive Board of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), led by Arbitrator HIB Nareth West, the President of the Executive Board and President of NCAC.

At the outset, Her Excellency Minister extended warm welcome the NCAC delegation for the proposed courtesy call. During the meeting, Arbitrator HIB Nareth West introduced the members of the 5th Mandate Executive Board of NCAC and briefed the work progress NCAC has achieved and the work directions.

In response, Her Excellency Minister acknowledged the important role of NCAC in promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, particularly in commerce sector, which would contribute significantly to attracting investment and fostering investor confidence. Her Excellency Minister also emphasized the Ministry's ongoing initiatives that will leverage the cooperation between the two institutions to achieve further outcomes.
