(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកចន្ទ ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម រាជ រ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយតំណាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តំណាងគម្រោង EU-German GATE និងតំណាងគម្រោង EU-German CAPSAFE សម្រាប់ការចាប់ផ្តើមនៃការតាមដាន ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោកអនុប្រធានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តំណាងគម្រោង EU-German GATE តំណាងគម្រោង EU-German CAPSAFE ទីប្រឹក្សាជាតិ តំណាងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានគោលបំណងផ្តល់វឌ្ឍនភាពសង្ខេបនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧ ជូនទៅកាន់តំណាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តំណាងគម្រោង EU-German GATE និងតំណាងគម្រោង EU-German CAPSAFE និងពិភាក្សាផែនការសកម្មភាពសម្រាប់ការតាមដាន ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃវឌ្ឍនភាពពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយនេះ ក្នុងទិសដៅសហការពង្រឹង និងជំរុញនិរន្តរភាពការអភិវឌ្ឍខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃវិស័យស្វាយចន្ទីកម្ពុជា។

ជាលទ្ធផល កិច្ចប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យផែនការសកម្មភាព និងពេលវេលា ដែលនឹងសហការអនុវត្តដោយទីប្រឹក្សាជាតិ និងនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ជាការឆ្លើយតប តំណាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានបង្ហាញឆន្ទៈបន្តគាំទ្រដល់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាពិសេស ជំរុញប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយជាតិនេះ ជំរុញការបង្កើនតម្លៃបន្ថែមសម្រាប់ផលិតផលស្វាយចន្ទីកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែខ្ពស់ និងលើកកម្ពស់កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះស្វាយចន្ទីកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 16 June 2025, His Excellency Reach Ra, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led a discusion meeting with representatives of the European Union Delegation to Cambodia, the EU-German GATE Project, and the EU-German CAPSAFE Project to kick-off the mid-term monitoring, and evaluation of the implementation of the National Cashew Policy 2022–2027. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Commerce and was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Head of Cooperation of the European Union Delegation to Cambodia, representatives from the EU-German GATE and CAPSAFE Projects, national consultants, and representative from the General Directorate of Trade Promotion and the Department of Trade Policy.

The main objectives of the meeting were to present a summary of the progress of the implementing of the National Cashew Policy 2022–2027 to the representatives of the European Union Delegation to Cambodia, the EU-German GATE Project, and the EU-German CAPSAFE Project, and to discuss an action plan for the mid-term monitoring, and evaluation of the policy’s implementation. The discussion aims to strengthen cooperation and promote the sustainable development of Cambodia’s cashew value chain.

As a result, the meeting reviewed the action plan and timeline to be jointly implemented by national consultants and the Department of Trade Policy under the General Directorate of Trade Promotion. In response, the representative of the European Union Delegation to the Kingdom of Cambodia expressed continued commitment to support the Ministry of Commerce, particularly in enhancing the effectiveness of the policy’s implementation, promoting greater value addition for Cambodian cashew products, and elevating the reputation of Cambodia’s cashew sector.
