(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ លោកជំទាវ តាន់ ទេពីកណ្ណិកា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃនាយកដ្ឋាននីតិកម្មនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់ ស្ដីពី ប្រៃសណីយ៍ ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្ដម ម៉ម អំណត់ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងគ្រប់គ្រងវិស័យប្រៃសណីយ៍ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពដែលធានាការធ្វើអាជីវកម្ម និងផ្ដល់សេវាប្រៃសណីយ៍ស្របទៅតាមតម្រូវការរបស់ប្រជាជន ការរីកចម្រើននៃសង្គមនិងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការវិវឌ្ឍនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 19 June 2025, at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, Her Excellency TAN Tepikanika, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and the officials from the Legal Department of the Ministry of Commerce attended a seminar to discuss the draft Law on Posts under the presidency of His Excellency MAM Amnot, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.

The seminar was organised to effectively regulate and support the postal service sector and its business operations and to align with the needs of public, social and economic development, and the evolution of technology.
