(សាំងភីធ័រស្បើក, សហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងសាំងភីធ័រស្បើក សហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី លោក ហុង សាមឌី អនុព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មអមស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី បានចូលរួមអម ឯកឧត្តម ពេជ្រឃុន បញ្ញា ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាប្រចាំសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី ក្នុងវេទិកាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអន្តរជាតិ St. Petersburg លើកទី២៨ (the 28thSPIEF) ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៨-២១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងសាំងភីធ័រស្បើក សហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី ក្រោមប្រធានបទ "តម្លៃចែករំលែកជាមូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់កំណើននៅក្នុងពិភពលោកពហុប៉ូឡា" បង្ហាញពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូររបស់រុស្ស៊ីឆ្ពោះទៅរកសម្ព័ន្ធភាពសកលថ្មី។

គោលបំណងនៃវេទិការនេះ គឺដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់កិច្ចពិភាក្សា និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើបញ្ហាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសំខាន់ៗ ការលើកកម្ពស់ឱកាសវិនិយោគ និងធុរៈកិច្ច និងពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូរអន្តរជាតិ តាមរយៈកិច្ចពិភាក្សាអំពីនិន្នាការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ជំរុញការវិនិយោគ និងធុរៈកិច្ច ការជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនង គម្រោងវិនិយោគ និងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍វប្បធម៌និងកីឡា ព្រមទាំងមានការតាំងពិព័រណ៍ បណ្តាក្រុមហ៊ុនក្នុងស្រុក និងបរទេសជាច្រើនផងដែរ។

សូមជម្រាបជូនថា ក្នុងពិធីនេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រីការបរទេសជាន់ខ្ពស់ រួមទាំងប្រមុខរដ្ឋ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អភិបាលក្រុង មេដឹកនាំតំបន់ វាគ្មិនសភា ឥស្សរជនជាន់ខ្ពស់មកពីអង្គការអន្តរជាតិ និងសមាគមឈានមុខគេ និងប្រធានស្ថាប័នការទូតជាង១៤០ប្រទេស តំណាងអាជីវកម្មរុស្ស៊ី និងបរទេសជាង ៨ពាន់នាក់ តំណាងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយមកពីប្រទេសនានាជាង ៣០ប្រទេស ក៏ដូចជា អ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណជាង ២ម៉ឺននាក់។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ក៏មានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលៗ ដូចជា៖ ប្រធានាធិបតីរុស្ស៊ី ប្រធានាធិបតីឥណ្ឌូណេស៊ី ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីចិន អនុប្រធានាធិបតីអាហ្វ្រិកខាងត្បូង និងរាជទាយាទបារ៉េន ផងដែរ។ ដោយឡែកក៏មានការចូលរួមពីគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាមកពីក្រសួង/ស្ថាប័ន និងវិស័យឯកជនមួយចំនួន រួមមាន៖ រាជបណ្ឌិត្យសភាកម្ពុជា ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ជាដើម។

(St. Petersburg, Russia): On the morning of Wednesday, 18 June 2025, in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, Mr. HONG Samedy, Commercial Attaché to the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in the Russian Federation, accompanied His Excellency PICHKHUN Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Russian Federation, to attend the 28th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (the 28th SPIEF 2025),which took place from June 18-21, 2025 in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, under the theme “Shared Values as a Foundation for Growth in a Multipolar World,” highlights Russia’s shift towards new global alliances.

The purpose of the forum is to facilitate dialogue and collaboration on key economic issues and promote investment,and business opportunities, and strengthen international partnerships through discussions on economic trends, promoting investment and business, fostering international cooperation, networking, investment projects, and cultural events and sports, as well as exhibiting local and foreign companies.

It is worth noting that the ceremony was also attended by high-ranking foreign officials, including heads of state and government, ministers,mayors, regional leaders, parliamentary speakers, senior figures from leading international organizations and associations, and heads of diplomatic corps from over 140 countries, over 8,000 Russian and foreign business representatives, and media representatives from over 30 countries, as well as approximately 20,000 participants. In addition,There were top leaders such as the President of Russia, the President of Indonesia, the Deputy Prime Minister of China, the Deputy President of South Africa, and the Crown Prince of Bahrain. In particular, there were also Cambodian delegations from several ministries/institutions and the private sector, including the Royal Academy of Cambodia, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and so on.
