(ទីក្រុងណាននីង)៖ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អមដំណើរសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចូលរួមពិព័រណ៍ចិន-អាស៊ាន លើកទី២០ នៅទីក្រុងណាននីង ខេត្តក្វាងស៊ី ប្រទេសចិន។ ពិព័រណ៍ចិន-អាស៊ាន លើកទី២០ បានបើកសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម លី ឈាង នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីប្រមុខរដ្ឋ ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃប្រទេសជាសមាជិកទាំងអស់របស់ប្រទេសអាស៊ាន និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសហគ្រាសធំៗរបស់ប្រទេសចិន និងដៃគូបរទេសជាច្រើនរូប។ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានដឹកគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់កម្ពុជា ចូលរួមពិធីបើកសម្ពោធពិព័រណ៍ និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថានាឱកាសនេះផងដែរ។

ថ្លែងទៅកាន់អង្គពិធីនាឱកាសនោះ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ពិព័រណ៍ចិន-អាស៊ាន លើកទី២០ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រោមមូលបទ “រួមគ្នាកសាងសហគមន៍មួយប្រកបដោយភាពសុខដុម និងវាសនាតែមួយ” គឺរៀបចំឡើងស្របពេលនៃការប្រារព្ធខួបលើកទី១០ឆ្នាំ នៃគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមខ្សែ ”ក្រវាត់ និងផ្លូវ” របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសចិន ហើយជាឆ្នាំទី២០ នៃការបង្កើតព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ពិព័រណ៍ចិន-អាស៊ាននេះឡើងគឺមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ក្នុងការជំរុញ និងលើកកម្ពស់គុណតម្លៃនៃទំនាក់ទំនងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយរវាងចិន-អាស៊ានឱ្យក្លាយជាសហគមន៍តែមួយ វាសនារួមគ្នា។ យន្តការនេះ បានធ្វើឱ្យទំនាក់ទំនងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយរវាងចិន និងអាស៊ានកាន់តែខិតជិតគ្នា និងស៊ីជម្រៅជាងមុនជាលំដាប់ និងនាំទៅកាន់សករាជថ្មីមួយ ដែលនាំឱ្យមានការចែករំលែកកាលានុវត្តភាពធុរកិច្ច វិនិយោគ និងការស្វែងរកកិច្ចសហការ ដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍រួមក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីរវាងចិន និងអាស៊ានផង ក៏ដូចជាក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយតំបន់ (អាសិប) ផងដែរ ។

Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia led a high-level delegation to attend the 20th China-ASEAN Expo 2023 in Nanning City, China.

(Nanning): Her Excellency Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce accompanied Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia to attend the 20th China-ASEAN Expo 2023 in Nanning CIty, Guangxi, China. The 20th China-ASEAN Expo held Opening Ceremony on the morning, September 17th ,2023, presided over by His Excellency Li Qiang, Premier of the People’s Republic of China, with participations from heads of ASEAN member states and governments, and leaders of major Chinese enterprises and foreign partners. Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister led Cambodian high-level delegation to attend the Opening Ceremony and also gave a remark on that occasion.

Addressing in his remarks, Samdech Thipadei, Prime Minister stated that the 20th China-ASEAN Expo 2023 under the theme "Work together for a Harmonious Home and a Shared Future" was held in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road initiative" of the government of China and known as the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the China-ASEAN Expo. This is considered a very significant event in advancing and promoting the values of comprehensive cooperation between China and ASEAN to become the Only One Community with a Shared Destiny. This mechanism has brought China-ASEAN comprehensive cooperation even closer and deeper and led to a new era of the sharing of business and investment opportunities and the pursuit of cooperation for mutual benefit under the framework of China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement, as well as the framework of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
