News(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មបានរៀបចំពិធីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី៨មីនា ខួបទី១១៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងគ្រួសារ” ក្រោមអធីបតីភាព លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងលោកជំទាវកិត្តិបណ្ឌិត អ៊ឹង កន្ថាផាវី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកជំទាវ ឯកឧត្តម រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អគ្គនាយក អគ្គាធិការ និងលោក លោកស្រីអគ្គនាយករង ប្រធានមន្ទីររាជធានី ខេត្ត និងសមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃក្រុមការងារយេនឌ័ររបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មដោយផ្ទាល់ និងតាមប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូ ជាច្រើនរូប។ ក្នុងឱកាសនៃពិធីអបអរសាទរ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានលើកអំពីការរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់តួនាទីស្ត្រីក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដោយបញ្ជាក់ថា ការលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ មិនមែនត្រឹមតែជាកាតព្វកិច្ចសង្គមប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ និងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់ប្រទេស។ លើសពីនេះ ស្ត្រីមិនត្រឹមតែជាអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្មប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាកម្លាំងសំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្កើតនវានុវត្តន៍ ការបង្កើតការងារ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍។ ក្នុងពិធីនេះផងដែរ លោកជំទាវកិត្តិបណ្ឌិតរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី ក៏បានរំលេចពីភាពចាំបាច់នៃការចូលរួមរបស់ស្រ្តី ក្នុងការពន្លឿនកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមជាតិ ដោយពួកគេជាកម្លាំងចលករដែលមិនអាចខ្វះបាន។ លោកជំទាវ បានបន្តលើកឡើងថា ការពង្រឹងសមភាពយេនឌ័រនៅតែបន្តជាកិច្ចការអាទិភាព និងចាំបាច់ ដើម្បីឱ្យស្រ្តី និងក្មេងស្រីគ្រប់រូប កាន់តែទទួលបាននូវកាលានុវត្តភាពពេញលេញ អាចប្រើប្រាស់សក្ដានុពលរបស់ខ្លួន ក្នុងគ្រប់ទិដ្ឋភាពទាំងក្នុងវិស័យនយោបាយ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមកិច្ច។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ បានផ្តល់ការឯកភាពក្នុងការអនុវត្តរួមគ្នានូវគម្រោង យុទ្ធនាការផលិតផលស្ត្រី ដែលក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ បានសហការរៀបចំ និងគ្រោងដាក់ដំណើរការនាពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។

News(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 10 March 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency LIM Lork Piseth, Secretary of State of Commerce and High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, met with a delegation of Japanese investors led by Mr. Kohei Wakabayashi, Chief Representative of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), to discuss the strengthening of cooperation and the promotion of bilateral trade between Cambodia and Japan. During the meeting, both parties discussed the good cooperation between the Ministry of Commerce and JETRO, noting opportunities to further enhance bilateral trade and investment, particularly in the industrial sector and agro-processing factories, in order to boost the export of Cambodian potential products to the Japanese market. At the same time, Mr. Kohei Wakabayashi also highlighted the importance of trade facilitation and expressed appreciation for the attention of relevant ministries and institutions of the Cambodian government in providing support and facilitation to Japanese businesses and investors in Cambodia.
News(Kampong Cham): On the morning of Friday, 6 March 2026, Her Excellency KHA Leng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and Mr. LOR Chanly, Deputy Governor of Kampong Cham Province, presided over the opening ceremony of a Dissemination Workshop on the Law on Secured Transactions and How to Use the Secured Transactions Filing System Version 2.0 (SETFO 2.0 - https://www.setfo.moc.gov.kh/). The workshop was attended by officials representing relevant provincial departments, representatives of banking and financial institutions, representatives of provincial chambers of commerce, representatives of trade associations, lawyers, and students in Kampong Cham Province, totaling approximately 85 people. The workshop was jointly organized by the Department of Legal Affairs and the Department of Commerce of Kampong Cham Province with the aim of raising awareness about the Law on Secured Transactions (2007) and its regulations, which help encourage small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and agribusinesses to access additional credit to support their business activities by using movable properties as collateral. On that occasion, the use of the Secured Transactions Filing System (SETFO 2.0), which the Ministry of Commerce announced would be officially launched on March 18, 2025, was also demonstrated. In the workshop, there were also presentations by officials from the Department of Planning, Statistics, and Trade Information.
