(Dubai, UAE): On 17-21 November 2025, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, His Excellency HO Sivyong, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in Charge as Director General of the General Directorate of Trade Support Services, along with his delegation, participated in the Kimberley Process Plenary 2025. This Plenary convenes representatives from 86 participating governments and institutions, the World Diamond Council, the Civil Society Coalition, the African Diamond Producers Association, and a diverse array of observer organizations and technical experts.

(Vishakhapatnam, India): On 14-15 November 2025, in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, participated in the Global Conference “30th Edition of the Partnership Summit 2025” which was organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Governemt of India, in collaboration with Government of Andhra Pradesh and Confederation of Indian Industry, was participated by Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and more than 2,500 national and international dignitaries from 77 countries. This conference was organized aiming at enhancing global collaborations for growth in trade and related disciplines under the theme of “Technology, Trust and Trade,” which was divided into 45 sessions focusing on Trade, Industrialization, Technology, Innovation, Sustainability, Climate Action, Growth, Geo-economics, and Inclusion. On that occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State has been invited to deliver keynote addresses on 02 separate sessions, namely (1) Gateway to Growth: Trade and Investment Imperative and (2) Reskilling and Upskilling for the Requirements of the New World, which highlight challenges, opportunities, and potentials of trade and investment, and build human resources and workforce capability in the region to promote economic growth and development in achieving the goals for future prosperity and sustainability through shared growth and partnerships in cooperation across all fields among the nations in the region and relevant sectors that are contributing to Asia's development.

(Preah Vihear): On the morning of Friday, 14 November 2025, Mr. TREN Vithol, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Trade Promotion of the Ministry of Commerce and His Excellency MUTH Physethnea, Deputy Governor of Preah Vihear Province, presided over the opening ceremony of a seminar on “Identification and Promotion of Cambodia’s Potential Products.” The event was attended by representatives from provincial authorities, civil servants from relevant departments, the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce in Preah Vihear, traders, entrepreneurs, community members, associations, producers, traders, and students in the province. The purpose of this seminar is to compile data on the identity and potential products of Preah Vihear Province and promote them to producers and the public. This initiative aims to enhance market access domestically and internationally, attract investors and business partners, and develop products to meet international standards for local and global markets while adhering to market regulations and standards. On this occasion, the presidency called on all consumers to continue to support and use products with Khmer Brands and producers have to put the 884 barcodes on Khmer products and producers have to produce in line with current market demands in order to gain stronger support. The support for Khmer Products is enhancing the living standards of people within local communities and promoting sustainable socio-economic development. This appeal is made in the spirit of national solidarity: “Cambodians supporting Cambodians, proudly using Cambodian products as a symbol of national identity and pride.”
