News(Shanghai, China): On the afternoon of Monday, 17th November 2025, at the Royal Consulate General of Cambodia in Shanghai, Mr. Yuok Ousaphea, Commercial Attaché, accompanied the Cambodian Consul General and his colleagues to meet and discuss with Mr.Huang Xinliang, vice-president of Hangzhou Steel Structure Co., Ltd. At the beginning, Mr. Huang expressed his happiness and described the history of his company. He expressed his great interest in investing in Cambodia at this time and agreed to continue meeting with the Cambodian side next month and invited the Cambodian side to visit his company in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in the future. In response, the Consul General of Cambodia in Shanghai supported and encouraged Mr.Huang’s company is to invest in Cambodia. The Consul General mentioned some of the incentives stipulated in the new investment law of the Kingdom of Cambodia and continued to meet with Mr. Huang’s company to follow up on the development and cooperation in the near future. Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd was founded in 1985 and is now one of the prominent companies in China, investing in steel structures, railways, bridges, commercial centers, airports, project design, manufacturing, and construction.
