(Fuzhou, Fujian, China): On 17-19 November 2025, in Fujian, China, Her Excellency SVAY Nakry, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, attended the “ASEAN-China Week (ACW) 2025 Opening Ceremony, under the theme “Our Shared Future: Bridging ASEAN 2045 and Chinese Modernization”, which presided over by His Excellency Zhou Zuyi, Secretary of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee of Fujian Province and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial People's Congress and H.E. Senator Dato Awang Bemee Awang Ali Basah, President of the Senate of Malaysia. Members of senate, national assembly and government officials from ASEAN countries, foreign ambassadors to China, businessmen and media, with the total around 400 people, also participated. The forum aims to build a key platform for deepening exchanges and building common idea among various sectors from China and ASEAN, promoting practical cooperation in trade, economy, scientific, technological innovation, digital, green development, education and media. In the meantime, Her Excellency Undersecretary of State is invited to join as a panellist in the high level thematic dialogue on topic “Technological Innovation and AI-Powered Digital Economy”, where she shared experiences and her views on ASEAN- China should cooperate : first on policy level, through digital trade facilitation regulation and law, data governance and cross border data flow, building cybersecurity digital trust and ethic standard. Second on practice level, by establishing ASEAN-China AI economy corridor, online business matching, human resource exchange and AI technological training, which will contribute to ASEAN-China to the integration of trade with modern technology to joint development and create a better future. On that occasion, Her Excellency the Under Secretary of State also participated in the music cultural performance, which is a testament to the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Bandung Conference on “ Non-Alliance Principle”.

(សៀមរាប)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្ដម វ៉េង សុធី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង លោក យុន លីនណេ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលកម្រិតខ្ពស់ស្តីពី “ការកសាងជំនាញក្នុងការចរចា ការអនុវត្ត និងអនុលោមភាពវិធានដើមកំណើតទំនិញ និងនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិនៃការបញ្ជាក់ដើមកំណើតទំនិញ (OCPs)” ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ដល់២០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានសហការរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងស្រាវជ្រាវ និងនាយកដ្ឋាននាំចេញ-នាំចូលនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រោមជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ(UNCTAD) និងធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី(ADB) ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួម ពីមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អន្តរក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងវិស័យឯកជនជាច្រើនរូប។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងស៊ីជម្រៅ និងសមត្ថភាពចរចា របស់អ្នកចូលរួមទាក់ទងនឹងវិធានដើមកំណើតទំនិញ ដោយផ្តោតលើការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង និងអំពីនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិបញ្ជាក់ដើមកំណើតទំនិញ ការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ ព្រមទាំងការសិក្សាករណីបញ្ហាប្រឈមទាក់ទងនឹងប្រភពដើមទំនិញនៅក្នុងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរី។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជំរុញឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងចូលរួមក្នុងការពិភាក្សាលើករណីសិក្សា ការសួរសំណួរឱ្យបានផុសផុល ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដើម្បីទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹងពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ខាងលើនេះ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 20 November 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency KEM Sithan, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, chaired the weekly meeting attended by the Ministry's leaders, including the Secretary of State, Undersecretary of State, Director General, Directors of Departments, Directors of Provincial Departments, and other officials. The weekly meeting was held at the Ministry of Commerce and via video conference, covering the following agenda: 1. Brief report on the results of the China-ASEAN Intellectual Property Organization Chairs’ Meeting in the People’s Republic of China. 2. Brief report on the results of the 2025 World Rice Summit. 3. Brief report on the progress of Cambodia’s potential agro-industrial commodity, “Rice.” 4. Other matters.

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 20 November 2025, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and ASEAN Economic Minister for Cambodia, attended the Ministerial Dialogue between ASEAN-Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) Trade and Investment Dialogue, held via video conference. The dialogue aims to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between the CPTPP and ASEAN and further advance the shared vision, especially promoting free, fair and open markets and rules-based trade.
