News(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៣១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារបៃតង រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លោកជំទាវ សុមេធ សុមនា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើក «កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោល លើកទី៥ ស្តីពី ដំណោះស្រាយបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) សម្រាប់ការលើកកម្ពស់ការនាំចេញ» ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោកស្រី គ្រីស្ទីណា ណូវីយ៉ូ ហ្គាស៊ីយ៉ា (Cristina Novio Garcia) មន្ត្រីកម្មវិធី (Programme Officer) នៃគណៈប្រតិភូសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្រោមគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើម «ការពង្រឹងសេវាគាំទ្រការនាំចេញរបស់កម្ពុជា» ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការគាំទ្ររវាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដោយបានប្រមូលផ្តុំនូវអ្នកជំនាញអន្តរជាតិ មន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងសមាគមធុរកិច្ច និងទីប្រឹក្សាធុរកិច្ចឯកជនជាច្រើនរូប។ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល ៥ ថ្ងៃនេះ មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពគ្រូបង្គោល ទីប្រឹក្សាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងអង្គការគាំទ្រធុរកិច្ច (BSOs) ក្នុងការទាញយកសក្តានុពលបច្ចេកវិទ្យា AI ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ ដើម្បីផ្ទេរចំណេះដឹងបន្តដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និងសហគ្រាសនៅកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីនេះបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើមុខវិជ្ជាគន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន៖ បច្ចេកទេស Prompt Engineering ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងវិភាគទិន្នន័យទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ (ជាពិសេសទីផ្សារសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប) ការរៀបចំសំណើតម្លៃផ្តោតលើតម្រូវការរបស់អ្នកបញ្ជាទិញ (Buyer-focused Value Propositions) ការបង្កើតប្រព័ន្ធជំនួយការ AI ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន (Custom AI Assistants) សម្រាប់សម្រួលកិច្ចការនាំចេញ ព្រមទាំងការរៀបចំកញ្ចប់មេរៀន និងផែនការសកម្មភាពជាក់ស្តែង។ តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ នឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសេវានាំចេញនៅកម្ពុជា ជួយឱ្យសហគ្រាសក្នុងស្រុកអាចធ្វើទំនើបកម្មប្រតិបត្តិការ ស្រាវជ្រាវទីផ្សារកាន់តែរហ័ស និងសុក្រឹត ព្រមទាំងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងនៃផលិតផលសក្តានុពលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់ទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ និងសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់សកលប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

News(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 1 September 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, chaired the Kick-Off Meeting on the implementation of Sub-Component 2.2: Strategic Capacity Building on Trade Facilitation and Regional Integration under the Cambodia Regional Connectivity Improvement Project Phase I (CRCI Phase I), supported by World Bank concessional financing. The meeting was attended by the Ministry of Commerce’s Sub-Component 2.2 Working Group and the World Bank mission team. During the meeting, both sides discussed cooperation in delivering technical assistance and developing a priority action plan for the implementation of Sub-Component 2.2, with the aims of strengthening cross-border trade cooperation frameworks, developing agribusiness value chains, and strengthening the foundations of the digital trade ecosystem.
News(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 31 August 2026, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and Lead of the Working Group on Trade and Investment (WGTI) for Cambodia, participated in the consultation on the draft Mid-Term Review Report of the Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation Program Strategic Framework 2030 (GMS-2030 MTR). This consultation was organized with the participation of representatives from relevant line ministries and institutions, as well as a team of international experts from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The meeting aimed to review the study report on the implementation results of the GMS Framework, including the GMS-2030 Mid-Term Review, and to discuss priority actions to help define an action plan toward strengthening the implementation of GMS-2030, particularly for 2027–2030. In his intervention, His Excellency Secretary of State highlighted the importance of GMS cooperation, particularly in trade and investment. He noted that the working group has been actively striving to enhance this cooperation through digital trade connectivity, strengthening the resilience of regional supply chains, and establishing mutual recognition of sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures for agricultural products. His Excellency also requested the ADB team to consider revising the report prior to submitting it to the Senior Officials' Meeting for review and approval.
