(ប៉េណាំង, ម៉ាឡេស៊ី)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក សួន វិជ្ជា ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ AWGIPC បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអាស៊ានលើកទី៧៧ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំពាក់ព័ន្ធ (77th ASEAN Working Group on Intellectual Property Cooperation and Related Meetings “AWGIPC”) ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងអង្គភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអាស៊ានទាំង ១១ប្រទេស និងលេខាធិការអាស៊ាន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយនឹងបន្តពិនិត្យនិងពិភាក្សាលើការងារជាច្រើន ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផែនការសកម្មភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអាស៊ាន និងជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដែលក្នុងនោះជាចម្បង រួមមាន៖ ការបន្តពិនិត្យ វាយតម្លៃ និងជំរុញបញ្ចប់ការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០១៦-២០២៥ ដែលនៅសល់ បន្តជំរុញបញ្ចប់ការរៀបចំ និងអនុម័តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងក្របខ័ណ្ឌអាស៊ានស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា (AFAIPC) ជំរុញការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣០ និងប្រជុំជាមួយដៃអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានា ដូចជា អង្គការកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាពិភពលោក (WIPO) អង្គភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអឺរ៉ុប (EUIPO) និងអង្គភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស (UKIPO) ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងស្វែងរកជំនួយបច្ចេសទេស ក្នុងការពង្រឹង ការអនុវត្តផែនការកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣០ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោក សួន វិជ្ជា ក្នុងនាមប្រធានក្រុមការងារ AWGIPC បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះអង្គភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាម៉ាទ្បេស៊ី សម្រាប់ការធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារ AWGIPC លើកទី៧៧ នេះ និងការទទួលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចក្រុមការងារយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ នៅទីក្រុងប៉េណាំង ដែលជា "កោះគុជ" ដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាតនៃប្រទេសម៉ាទ្បេស៊ី និងជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសម្រាប់ការផលិតបច្ចេកវិទ្យាសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនរបស់របស់ពិភពលោក ដែលទទួលបានការការពារប្រកាសនីយបត្រតកកម្ម និងជាទីក្រុងនៃម៉ាកសម្គាល់ភូមិសាស្រ្តទំនិញផងដែរដូចជា Balik Pulau Nutmeg និង Balik Pulau Durian ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកប្រធានក្រុមការងារ ក៏បានជំរុញឱ្យក្រុមការងារ AWGIPC បន្តចូលរួម សហការ និងខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីបន្តសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗ ដែលបានកំណត់នៅក្នុងផែនការសកម្មភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ ២០២៦-២០២៣០ ដែលរួមមានយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគោលចំនួន ៥ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖ ១. ការពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃប្រព័ន្ធកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាជាតិ ដើម្បីសម្របទៅនឹងវិធានការបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មី និងនិន្នាការដែលកំពុងលេចឡើង។ ២.ការធ្វើសុខុដុមនីយកម្មក្របខ័ណ្ឌបទប្បញ្ញត្តិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ថ្នាលកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាតំបន់ និងស្ថាប័ន។ ៣.សម្របសម្រួលការបង្កើត ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា។ ៤. ជំរុញវប្បធម៌នៃការគោរព អនុលោមតាម និងអនុវត្តសិទ្ធិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញានៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន។ ៥.លើកកម្ពស់កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា សម្រាប់កំណើនប្រកបដោយចិរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ន នៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន។ គួរកត់សម្គាល់ផងដែរថា ប្រទេសទីម័រខាងកើត ទើបក្លាយជាសមាជិកអាស៊ានទី១១ និងបានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំ AWGIPC លើកទី៧៧ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាផ្លូវការ ជាលើកដំបូង ក្នុងនាមជាសមាជិកពេញសិទ្ធិរបស់អាស៊ាន និងក្រុមការងារ AWGIPC៕

(Ankara, Türkiye): On the morning of Monday, 3 November 2025, at the Turkish Ministry of Trade, Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and co-chair for the Cambodian side, led a Joint Technical Meeting with His Excellency Atilla BASTIRMACI, Deputy Director General of International Agreements and the EU of the Turkish Ministry of Trade, to discuss the preparation for the plenary meeting of the 4th meeting of the Cambodia-Türkiye Joint Economic Commission, which will be held on November 4, 2025, at the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Ankara, the Republic of Türkiye. During the discussion, both sides exchanged views on the bilateral cooperation covering priority sectors and sub-sectors, including trade, agriculture, civil aviation, transportation, education, health, investment, industry, tourism, halal cooperation, water resources, employment, and other related areas. The meeting reaffirmed both parties’ commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation and maximizing mutual benefits between Cambodia and Türkiye.

(Ankara, Türkiye): On the morning of Monday, 3 November 2025, in Ankara, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, met with Mr. Gürsel Baran, President of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, and his colleagues. To begin, Mr. Gürsel Baran expressed his great pleasure and extended a warm welcome to Her Excellency Minister and the Cambodian delegation for visiting the Ankara Chamber of Commerce. He noted that this was the first visit by a high-ranking Cambodian leader to the Chamber, marking a valuable opportunity to expand cooperation and promote trade between Cambodia and Türkiye. During the discussion, Her Excellency Minister and the President of the Chamber of Commerce reviewed the progress of bilateral trade between the two countries and exchanged views on mechanisms to further enhance trade, with the shared goal of reaching USD 1 billion in bilateral trade in the near future. On this occasion, Her Excellency highlighted four priority sectors with strong potential for collaboration—medical equipment, health tourism, textiles and clothing, and construction—and invited Turkish business leaders and investors to explore opportunities and potential partners in Cambodia. In response, Mr. Baran expressed his commitment to strengthening cooperation and announced plans for a delegation of Turkish businessmen and investors to visit Cambodia in early 2026 to hold a business matching event with Cambodian companies and enterprises. It is also worth noting that the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, established in 1923, has over 170,000 member companies and enterprises, making it one of the most important institutions supporting economic development, trade, and investment—particularly in the capital, Ankara, Türkiye.

(Ankara, Türkiye): On the morning of Monday, 3 November 2025, in Ankara, Türkiye, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minster of Commerce, met with Mr. Hasan GÜMÜŞ, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yayla Company. To begin, Mr. Chairman expressed his deep gratitude and respect to Her Excellency Minister and the Cambodian delegation for visiting Yayla. The company also expressed its interest in importing rice, cashew nuts, dried fruits and other nuts from Cambodia for processing to supply the needs of the Turkish market and exporting to European and Middle Eastern markets. In response, Her Excellency Minister warmly welcomed the company’s proposal to find suppliers and business partners in Cambodia and further informed about the potential and characteristics of Cambodian agricultural products, especially rice and cashew nuts, and will forward the company’s proposal to the private sector, producers and suppliers in Cambodia to connect with the company and study the possibility of exporting to the Turkish market. It is also worth noting that Yayla is one of the largest and most diversified grain importers and food producers in Turkey, established in 1996, with a production capacity of approximately 1 million tons of food products per year and more than 60,000 retail points in Türkiye and the European Union.
