News(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 12 January 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency SAMHENG Bora, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and the Chairman of the Export Promotion Task Force, chaired the Export Promotion Task Force annual meeting to review the outcomes in 2025 and discuss the strategic direction and work plan for 2026 of the Export Promotion Task Force. During the meeting, there was a discussion on the key outcomes, including the expansion of export market destinations, the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and trade agreements with international partners, and the increase in volume and amount of exports of agricultural and industrial products, including the enhancement and capacity building of the export industry and domestic producers. On that occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State highly appreciated the achievements of the Export Promotion Task Force in 2025, which have continuously contributed to export activities and promoting the competitiveness of Cambodian products in international markets. His Excellency Secretary of State also highlighted that the outcomes in 2025 will serve as a platform for further expansion of export destinations and to attract cooperation opportunities in 2026.
