News(សានស៊ី, ចិន)៖ នារសៀល ថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ទី២៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងស៊ីអាន ខេត្តសានស៊ី សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុក ប្រជា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំគណប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Shen Changyu ប្រធានអង្គភាពកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាចិន (CNIPA) និងគណៈប្រតិភូ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារវាង CNIPA និងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យានិងនវានុវត្តន៍។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ ផ្អែកសំខាន់លើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកច្បាប់ នីតិវិធី និងឧត្តរមានុវត្តន៍ថ្មី ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា កិច្ចការពារកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ប្រកាសនីយបត្រតក្កកម្មនិងគំនូរឧស្សាហកម្ម ម៉ាកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងពីកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងការលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតផលម៉ាកសម្គាល់ភូមិសាស្ត្រទំនិញកម្ពុជា និងការកសាងកេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះម៉ាក។ល។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការចូលរួមកសាងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាពីសំណាក់ក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ដែលជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ដែលមានក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាប្រធាន ដោយបាននិងកំពុងអនុវត្តនូវផែនការសកម្មភាពនានា តាមការដាក់ចេញរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជានៅក្នុងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨ ផងដែរ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ អង្គប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាលើការរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាកម្ពុជា-ចិន, ឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០២៨, ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធធនធានពន្ធុ ចំណេះដឹងប្រពៃណី និងវិញ្ញត្តិវប្បធម៌ (GRTKTCE), ការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធទិន្នន័យសម្រាប់គ្រប់គ្រង GRTKTCE និងការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជាក្នុងការត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រកាសនីយបត្រតក្កកម្ម៕

News(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 27 October 2025, at the Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh Hotel, His Excellency OK Boung, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the consultation workshop on "Cambodia FTA Portal Functional Review and User Acceptance." Representatives from relevant ministries and institutions, DFAT, CAPRED, relevant associations, and related import and export factories attended the workshop. The workshop was supported by the Cambodia-Australia Partnership Program for Sustainable Economic Development (CAPRED) and aimed to evaluate the functionality of Cambodia's Free Trade Agreement (FTA) platform and promote understanding of its benefits, with the purpose of maximizing the gains derived from the various FTAs to which Cambodia is a party.

News(Shaanxi, China): On the morning of Monday, 27th October 2025, in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China, His Excellency OUK Pracha, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led the Cambodian delegation to attend the 16th meeting of the China-ASEAN Head Intellectual Property Offices,on Intellectual Property Cooperation (AWGIPC), chaired by His Excellency Shen Changyu, Commissioner of CNIPA, and His Excellency SUON Vichea, Chair of the ASEAN Working Group and also participated in by the heads of intellectual property offices from ASEAN and China. This meeting, hosted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), discussed the following topics: 1. A presentation on the outcomes of the 2024 China-ASEAN training workshop related to patent examination of traditional medicine. 2. Information sharing on the integration of intellectual property technologies, such as green technologies. 3. Review and provide feedback on the ASEAN Intellectual Property Work Plan 2016-2025 and the ASEAN Intellectual Property Work Plan 2026-2030. 4. Review and evaluate the implementation of the China-ASEAN Intellectual Property Cooperation Program 2024-2025 and the adoption of the China-ASEAN Intellectual Property Cooperation Program 2025-2026.
