News(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុក ប្រជា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង ឯកឧត្តម ពេជ អង្គ ប្រធានក្រុមការងារពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអ្នកច្បាប់ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី “កិច្ចការពារ ការរំលោភបំពានម៉ាក និងអំពើប្រកួតប្រជែងមិនស្មោះត្រង់” ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម កង តារាវុធ ប្រធានសមាគមកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាកម្ពុជា លោកប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា មេធាវី និងនិស្សិត ជាច្រើនរូប។ គោលបំណងនៃការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលានេះ គឺដើម្បីផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពលើវិស័យកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ជូនសាធារណជននិងនិស្សិត ការលើកកម្ពស់ចំណេះដឹងសាធារណៈពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងម៉ាកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តវិស័យកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា នីតិវិធីចុះបញ្ជីកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ជាពិសេសការចុះបញ្ជីម៉ាក ការជំរុញឱ្យយុវជនយល់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ជូន មេធាវី លោក លោកស្រីសាស្ត្រាចារ្យនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបៀលប្រាយ និងពុទ្ធិសាកលវិទ្យាល័យព្រះសីហមុនីរាជា និងនិស្សិតនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យទាំងពីរផងដែរ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនអង្គសិក្ខាសាលាអំពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលដាក់ចេញពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងបាន គូសបញ្ជាក់ពីគោលនយោបាយជាតិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨ ដែលបានផ្តល់អាទិភាព លើវិស័យចំនួន ៧ រួមមាន៖ កសិកម្ម ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រនិងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា សុខាភិបាល វប្បធម៌ ទេសចរណ៍ និងការអប់រំនិងការលើកកម្ពស់ចំណេះដឹងសាធារណៈ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះទៀត ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានលើកឡើងពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី៥ នៃគោលនយោបាយជាតិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨ ជូនអង្គសិក្ខាសាលានូវចំណុចសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនរួមមាន៖ ការបង្កើត យន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាតាមរយៈតុលាការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, ការពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់, កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធដើម្បីប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងទំនិញក្លែងក្លាយ, ការពង្រឹង និងអនុវត្តច្បាប់លើផលិតផលចំណេះដឹងប្រពៃណីនិងផលិតផលវប្បធម៌, ការចាត់វិធានការលើការក្លែងបន្លំម៉ាកសម្គាល់ភូមិសាស្ត្រទំនិញ ម៉ាកសមូហភាព និងម៉ាកវិញ្ញាត្តកម្ម រួមជាមួយ ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីអនុវត្តច្បាប់កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា។ ល។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្តថា ក្រៅពីនេះ គោលនយោបាយជាតិ កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាឆ្នាំ ២០២៣-២០២៨ នេះ ក៏មានយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រផ្សេងៗទៀត ដែលផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹងស្ថាប័នជាតិផ្នែកកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជូបនីយកម្មកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងលើកកម្ពស់ចំណេះដឹងសាធារណៈផងដែរ៕
News(Phnom Penh): On Monday, November 24, 2025, at the SHANGRI-LA PHNOM PENH Hotel, Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the National Public–Private–Producer Partnership (4Ps) Dialogue on enhancing agricultural productivity and market opportunities, with a thematic focus on “Cambodian Premium Rice Value Chain Development,” under the Accelerating Inclusive Markets for Smallholders (AIMS) Project. The event was attended by His Excellency LONG Kemvichet, the Director General of the General Directorate of International Trade and AIMS Project Deputy Project Director in charge of Operations; the Director General of Domestic Trade and AIMS Project Director; the Deputy Director General; department directors for private sector development; an IFAD representative; representatives from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, as well as directors and focal points from 12 Provincial Departments of Commerce, 12 business cluster representatives, rice millers/exporters, input suppliers, and members of the private sector. The specific objectives of the dialogue are: 1. Identifying key constraints in agricultural production and market access. 2. Mapping and engaging key market actors within the targeted value chains. 3. Strengthening partnerships among public institutions, private companies, and producer organizations to support sustainable agribusiness development. 4. Promoting business and trade networks and strengthening the development of local private-sector business development service markets. 5. Defining actionable next-step strategies and business cases for inclusive and market-driven agricultural investment and development.
News(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 25 November 2025, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, attended a working breakfast with His Excellency Igor Driesmans, Ambassador of the European Union to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Ms. Renita Bhaskar, Head of the Economic and Trade Section of the EU Delegation, along with their colleagues, to further strengthen Cambodia–EU trade cooperation. On that occasion, Her Excellency Minister highlighted the efforts of the Royal Government of Cambodia to further improve the business environment in Cambodia, as well as Cambodia’s readiness to graduate from the Least Developed Countries (LDCs). His Excellency Ambassador also highly valued the close and successful cooperation with Cambodia and affirmed continued monitoring and implementation of the joint action plans between both parties to make them more effective.

News(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia): On 18-19 November 2025, Her Excellency SEREI Borapich, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led the Delegation of the Royal Government of Cambodia to attend the WE RISE Together Phase II Launch, which was a side event of the WEPs Forum in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Representatives from various governments, UN Women, and private sectors from across the Asia-Pacific participated in this event. The objectives of the 2025 Asia-Pacific WEPs Forum include: - Facilitating peer learning, networking, and knowledge exchange to advance gender equality and women's empowerment in the labor market. - Building the capacity of WEPs Signatories and key business enablers to implement WEPs in line with regional trends. - Strengthening collaboration and innovation to promote gender equality as a driver of sustainable growth. It is worth noting that the Forum is supported by UN Women’s WE RISE Together (WRT) program, which promotes Gender-Responsive Procurement (GRP) and enhances the capacity of Women-Owned Businesses (WOBs) and Gender-Responsive Enterprises (GREs) in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand, and Vietnam, with funding from the Australian Government’s Mekong–Australia Partnership.
